Reac is a specialized trading and manufacturing company operating on the supply side to the Polyurethane converting industry. The operations involve importing, exporting and manufacturing.
Reac operates from a modern factory situated in Sebenza, Edenvale, Gauteng. approximately 5 km from Johannesburg International Airport and 15 km from central Johannesburg.
Where the Machinery, spare parts and chemical stock are held.
The building has two departments one for Cannon Spare Parts and Machine Repair and the second has been specially adapted to store and handle flammable liquids which are required for the storage of release agents.
Reac maintain a stock holding of machine spare parts including Mixing Heads, Pumps, Seals and Repair Kits, Pressure Gauges, etc. We also carry a range of over 50 types of mould release agents ex stock. Release agent stock quantity exceeds 85 000 litres.
Reac has been actively involved in the Sale of Polyurethane Plant & Machinery, Spare Parts and Mould Release Agents since 1972 and has developed close associations with the leading Polyurethane Raw Materials Suppliers in South Africa.
Reac’s Customers include major Industrial company’s operating in diverse fields such as the Automotive, Footwear, Refrigerator (Commercial & Domestic), the Furniture (Office & Domestic), Mining, Construction, Hot water geysers, Building & Refrigeration Panels and a number of other diverse industrial applications.
Machinery:
Reac has supplied in excess of 200 PU processing machines to the South African Industry. Technical backup for polyurethane processing plant is provided by Reac’s factory trained personnel. We also have the backup of Cannon’s service and support engineers.
Reac has for many years been involved with converters and manufacturers where downtime on equipment is critical to production; we understand this and therefore have trained our technical staff to be able to properly service our customers. This together with our large spare parts inventory has allowed us to give effective service to our customers.
